Do the products require a prescription?
All products that you can buy in our store are available over the counter.
However, we also offer prescription-only products in all pharmacies, such as our anti-inflammatory and anti-allergy DERMATOP® CREAM (glucocorticoid). The best thing to do is to ask your doctor or your trusted pharmacist.

Which payment methods do you offer?

SHIPPING
Which shipping service provider do you use to send your parcels?
You will receive our orders by either DHL, DPD or Hermes. The exact shipping service we use for your order depends on the size of your order, where you live in Germany and the current capacity utilisation of the respective service provider. The flexibility we gain by using multiple providers means we can always deliver your Fidia products as quickly as possible.
How long does shipping take?
Your order will be with you within 2-3 working days. In rare individual cases, there may of course be delays. You can check the shipping status of your parcel with DHL at any time. You will find the required tracking number in the shipping confirmation that we will send you by email as soon as we have shipped your parcel. If you have not received a shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service using the form below.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost of shipping your order depends on how much you order from us. From a gross value of € XX.XX you only pay € XX.XX for shipping. Below that you pay XX,XX €.
Where is my order?
As a rule, you will receive your ordered products within 3 working days of placing your order. If you have not received the products after 3 days, we recommend that you check the shipping status of the parcel with DHL. You will find the required tracking number in the shipping confirmation that we will send you by email as soon as we have dispatched your parcel. If you have not received a shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service using the form below.
Do you also ship outside Germany?
Unfortunately, orders are currently only possible within Germany. However, we are working hard to make our store available for other countries as well.
